1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining our waitlist, accessing our beta program, or using GlintSell's services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

GlintSell is an eCommerce platform designed for Nigerian entrepreneurs, offering tools such as a drag-and-drop store builder, AI-powered features, payment integrations, and marketing automation. Our services are currently in pre-launch/beta phase.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use GlintSell. By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Waitlist and Beta Access

• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access to the platform. Access will be granted based on availability and selection criteria.
• Beta users agree to provide feedback and report bugs to help improve the platform. Beta access may be revoked at any time.
• Early users (first 100) will receive promotional benefits as outlined in our marketing materials, subject to these Terms.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use GlintSell only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Nigerian laws.
• Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities on the platform.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform's functionality.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of GlintSell (including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and logos) are owned by GlintSell and protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

• GlintSell may offer free trials, promotional discounts, or paid subscription plans. Pricing and terms will be clearly communicated before purchase.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Paystack, Flutterwave). You agree to their terms of service.
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which will be made available upon launch.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). By using GlintSell, you consent to our data practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

GlintSell is provided "as is" during the beta phase. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlintSell is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to GlintSell at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

11. Changes to Terms

GlintSell may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, or in the courts of Lagos State.

13. Referral Program

GlintSell may offer a referral program where users can earn rewards (e.g., discounts) for referring others. Referral rewards are subject to verification and may be revoked for fraudulent activity.
